Community Training Offered

Join Us in Building a Resilient, Supportive Community through NKHS Zero Suicide Initiative Trainings

At NKHS, we are committed to fostering healthier, more supportive communities through mental wellness education. Our range of evidence-based and evidence-informed trainings will equip individuals with the tools they need to assist themselves and others during challenging mental health and substance use situations. Whether you're a teacher, parent, student, or community member, our programs provide critical skills and knowledge that promote resilience and recovery.

Best Practices

  • Pre-Training Information
    • We recommend sharing information about the program content with participants and family/caretakers before the training to ensure everyone is prepared and can provide support afterward.
  • Staff and Caregiver Involvement
    • School staff, family, and caregivers are encouraged to receive training ahead of time so they feel equipped to help students process the material.
  • Opt-Out Options
    • Participants may opt out of the program if they feel the material may negatively impact their mental health.

Ready to make a difference in your community? Contact NKHS today to attend a training or invite us to bring these essential programs to your school, organization, or community gathering. Together, we can create a supportive environment that promotes mental health and well-being for all.

Reach out to NKHS and take the first step toward building a more resilient community.
